Empowering lives.

Enriching communities.

Hi! My name Jordan Grainger. I am a graduated disability support worker with a passion to provide meaningful support and assistance to individuals with disabilities.

I have been living with my Grandpa in Seaford for almost 4 years who was diagnosed with dementia in 2021. He has taught me patience, respect, empathy and ultimately the reason I wanted to become a disability support worker.

I have a love for animals, baking, video games and fitness. And am currently trying to roller skate, and hope to be as good as the pros soon!!
